The Power of Being Seen
I always had this secret fear of being seen 👀

I want to share a story with you. It’s personal and one I didn’t think I would share because I had no idea that this upper limit would show up at this stage of my career!
Kinda cool when we discover new ways we can dance with our edge and break past our limits.
So you would never know this, but I always had this secret fear of being seen.
Not just looked at—but truly seen.
What would people really be thinking of me behind their smiles, their eyes, and especially in their silence?
And then… it happened.
A MOMENT I’ll never forget:
I looked up and saw myself on a massive screen, standing in front of a room full of people—framed by the artwork I created with my creative maven Mischa on my team.
It blew my mind. It cracked something open.
I’m so glad I didn’t let those small, nagging voices of fear and judgment win more battles than the softer, quieter whispers of self-compassion and love.
Because now—
I am BEING SEEN in the biggest way possible.
I am sharing the most vulnerable parts of my life’s story with the whole world.
As a woman who is no longer shrinking from her power.
Right now, I’m deep in focus, just left my week long immersion in ATL, T-26 days from THE BIG DAY as i’m preparing for something that still feels surreal to say:

Yes—me. The girl who once feared the spotlight now walks right into it with fire, joy, and purpose.
BEING SEEN in the biggest way as a woman who isn’t shy of her power -
as a woman who is boldly, audaciously, dancing to the best of her own drum and inviting the world around me to come with me!
