« Two things specifically have changed. I have had two hip surgeries over the last 2 1/2 years and have worked extremely hard with yoga to rehab them. It has been a daily struggle to break through and open my hips. Just the other night they finally opened more than ever before and I felt like I was breaking through.
Once this opening happened I felt like I had a whole vision of what direction my life is supposed to go in. It was kind of magical. Also, my partner and I have been connecting really well. We have been combining families with two young boys over the last few years. In the past I had been stressed out about the combining of the two families. A lot of it has been my unwillingness to accept the situation 100%.
